With over 20 years of experience across Samsung C&T, IBK Asset Management, and Capstone Asset Management, he has managed and structured investments exceeding KRW 2 trillion (USD 1.5 billion). He successfully led landmark projects such as the Bucheon Olympus Data Center and Guro Gaebong Data Center, overseeing land acquisition, permitting, power contracts, and investor partnerships (FI, SI, CI, OI).
